$3000 hiring bonus! $1500 at start of employment and $1500 after 90 days

Community Based Position - With Supervision meetings in Gilbert office.

Join a dynamic, growing group of therapists providing Community Based Counseling services to children, adolescents and families throughout the East Valley and the Gila River and Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Communities. Services will be provided in-person and telehealth, and in schools and homes. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults and have a solid understanding of engagement and effective therapeutic interventions.

A Masters Degree in a discipline licensable by the AZBBHE is required. Supervision hours will be provided to LAC's, and licensure will be paid for by STBHS. LPC supervision available as well. An increase in salary of $5,000 for any non-licensed staff that become licensed.

Additional salary consideration will be given to applicants with one or more of the following:

Bi-lingual

Community Based Counseling experience

Certifications with specific populations (trauma, DBT, Play Therapy)
