THE ROLE:

A true ‘people person’ you have a strong technical Recruitment grounding, preferably in retail with prior recruiting experience. Our Recruitment Manager is a problem solver and a people partner, committed to both supporting and educating our teams on the recruitment plan; all while having a “think outside the box” attitude. As a key member of our People team, you will manage the recruitment team, help build strategic recruitment plans, and continue to uphold strong internal customer partnership.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5+ years of Recruiting management experience (Retail industry preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Recruiting Databases (i.e., Taleo)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment team while also occasionally supporting both the internal and external recruitment and hiring process for designated market/brand/function
  • Ability to accurately assess talent through phone screening, resume review and structured interview process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to project passion for the brand (on the phone or in person)
  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to appropriately challenge business partners on candidate assessment
  • Build strong relationships across functions and customers
  • Advanced organizational skills and timely follow up with multiple internal customers and external candidates
  • Ability to facilitate training to a variety of audiences on Recruiting best practices
  • Ability to be strategic, proactive and prioritize to the needs of an evolving business
  • Team focused and an ability to work and relate to people from all backgrounds
  • Some business travel required within the USA
