Job description
The corporate trainer is responsible for design, delivery and implementation of training programs across all divisions of the company. They will possess a broad understanding of all roles in the company, and identify and address training needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify Training needs across all divisions of company by interacting with management team
- Identify areas where training can be developed internally vs. externally
- Establish a training program that identify which positions require which trainings and the necessary trainings to be completed for promotion.
- Learning Management System Development
- Monitor and identify areas of continuous development and training
- Interact with various managers and staff to obtain a comprehensive understanding of various roles across organization
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience working with an LMS
- MS Office Suite & Training software experience
- Ability to interact and present with various levels of employees including executive staff
- Excellent organization, multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Experience Training various levels of employees
- Experience working in a corporate environment of 100+ Employees
