We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as the Corporate Operations Manager on the New Business Development Team within the Field Service organization!

Position Summary:

The Corporate Operations Manager will serve as the main contact with LGEAI’s Third Party Administrators (TPAs) management on all operations, tactics, and market intelligence matters. This role is responsible for developing effective working relationships that promote and attain advancement of LGEAI interests, including profitability and volume targets.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining and demonstrating an advanced working knowledge of each TPA’s state of the business
• Identify and implement operational tactics that improve account profitability
• Identify and elevate all business intelligence to Management that could potentially affect LGEAI production
• Maintain account archives related to meeting minutes, agreements, addendums, reports, and analysis
• Prepare for and participate in assigned internal management meetings
• Manage all internal processes and procedures related to account on-boarding and production start-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong basic business acumen
• Experience in negotiating fixed term extended warranty contracts
• Intermediate financial analysis proficiency (basic operative interpretation of P&L contents and ratios)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-cultural corporate environment
