The Job

You'll help turn the world's best-kept secret into one of the world's most talked about.

We want to be front of mind for key decision-makers at the world's biggest companies whenever they think about culture, talent and realising the human advantage that drives business results. For you, this will mean copywriting with flair and economy. Headlines that grab attention. Copy that explains with clarity. Calls-to-action that create urgency.

You'll work directly with the Head of Content to supply the ammunition Mind Gym needs to drive awareness, traffic and leads. You'll create content that is authoritative, memorable and easy to digest.

You will also collaborate with the wider marketing team, as well as the innovation and sales operations team to produce copy for email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and sales collateral.

What you'll be proud of achieving:

• Persuading readers to take action with carefully-crafted copy for landing pages, social media, adverts, press releases, sales collateral, emails and blog posts
• Getting under the skin of our audience to find out what interests and motivates them. Get to grips with important topics like Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Performance Management
• Ensuring that the distinctive Mind Gym verbal identity is adhered to across the company, in your own work and that of others
• Editing, preparing and formatting content with utmost attention to detail, supporting other team members with editing and proofreading of copy.

About you

• Previous experience writing creative, engaging, snappy and informative content for a wide range of B2B audiences in the American market
• Journalistic background is advantageous
• Confident working to your own initiative and able to collaborate with globally dispersed teams
• Based on the East Coast America or UK/Europe. We have office locations in London and New York, although this role can be fully remote if needed but you will be writing for American and global audiences.

What you should be thrilled to tell us:

• Your appetite for writing persuasive copy for marketing and sales is insatiable
• You have demonstrable experience of copywriting for B2B brands and working within verbal identity guidelines
• Your experience of working across digital channels and traditional media is broad
• You have familiarity with A/B testing of headlines and calls-to-action
• You have knowledge of behavioural science would be advantageous as would a background in journalism and a mix of agency/in-house B2B experience.
