The Copy Supervisor is vital to a team’s success. They are responsible for leading a team of copywriters in the development of promotional materials. They provide in-depth knowledge and comprehensive writing skills to the creative department.

Qualification:

• Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical copywriting experience
• HCP and Patient writing experience
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines for promotional materials
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Displays strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate
• Demonstrates an ability to think visually
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Write across audiences including professional, consumer, patient and various digital platforms
• Clear, concise, grammatically correct copy
• Able to influence agency process to create efficiency
• Able to manage other writers and freelancers
• Supervise a team of copywriters to ensure delivery of high quality promotional materials
• Develop core messaging platforms for assigned brands and new business

opportunities

• Contribute strategically relevant solutions to help drive brands forward
• Work with art counterparts to ensure all promotional pieces meet and/or exceed

agency standards

• Drive Brand Wheel development
• Able to effectively present at new business pitches
• Responsible for ideas that help drive job creation within the agency
