This position requires great attention to detail and ability to research issues in a timely and accurate manner. Research coordinator works closely with the invoice processing department and the account managers.

The Research Coordinator is responsible for researching Past Due accounts, and Securing Missing Invoices. This process consists of researching the account, contacting the provider if necessary, determining a resolution, and following up through completion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and secure provider Missing bills.
- Research a past due on an account and resolve.
- Research any provider questions regarding bills/past due/credit or other issues.
- Must be able to follow through on assignments and responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Ability to stay organized and able to multi-task, strong attention to detail and follow up
- Ability to self-motivate and maintain a positive and confident attitude
- Ability to work in a team and/or individual environment
- Individual must be dependable
- Knowledge of Excel required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Customer service experience preferred
