Job description

Position Summary:

Under the guidance of the Engineering Department management team, you will assist and monitor all require documentations needed to be in compliance with the Environment of Care in the facility and offsite clinics which is requirement by CMS and other regulating government agencies.

* Keep up to date all Department log books require by CMS and other agencies

* Operate the computerize work order management systems

* Answering telephone calls, and relaying messages.

* Maintaining data using computer or manual systems

* Word processing and typing.

* Entering data into spreadsheets

* Responsible for distributing work order to all Engineering trade shops

* Write reports base on the gathering of information from service and repair of equipment in the Facility

* Provides support to the Department management team

* Filing documents

* Sending and receiving faxes, e-mails and letters

* Conduct Environment of Care rungs

* Interpersonal skills

Position Requirements:

This position requires a minimum formal education of Associate Degree or certification equivalent and a minimum of 1 year job-related experience. Hospital Experience required.

Desired (not required) criteria include: Some College education or degree Fire Guard

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
