Jolley Associates is a Vermont-based and family-run chain of forty-five convenience stores located in Vermont, New York & New Hampshire.

Position Available

We are currently looking for a store manager for our location in Jericho.

Schedule

This is a full time position which requires the manager to be there whenever needed. The typical schedule is Monday – Friday and managers are hourly and expected to work 45 hours per week.

Job Description & Requirements

You are the face of Jolley Associates and will need to exemplify our motto “Your Daily Smile”!

You will be responsible for daily paperwork and bank deposits.

Hiring & training of all staff.

Superior customer service.

Ordering of product and checking in all deliveries.

Supervising and enforcing all of the policies of Jolley Associates especially in regard to the sale of lottery, alcohol & tobacco products.

Maintain a positive & safe workplace.

Be a self-starter who needs little supervision.

Technological proficiency – able to use computers and run cash registers and get reports.

Inventory control & quarterly inventories.

Conduct monthly store meetings.

Have great interpersonal skills and encourage team building.

Able to meet all the physical demands of the job such as standing, walking, bending, lifting etc.

Organizational skills.

Able to do every position’s job when needed.

Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays if needed.

Comply with all state & Federal laws and regulations applicable to the industry.

Maintain a clean store and yard.
