Controller - Finance & Accounting

Job Summary:

The Controller

- will plan and direct the accounting operations of the company.

- Will work with Group Controller/ Asst. Group Controller in the consolidation and reporting processes

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete operations of the Accounting Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, Pass through reconciliation and Payroll.
• Manage the Accounting and finance team of US Mortgage Division

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain Books of Accounts
• Publish monthly financials in a timely manner.
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to
• Oversee production of periodic financial and MIS reports; ensure that acc reported results comply with US GAAP
• Prepare annual budget and regular forecasts and variance analysis
• Responsible to lead and complete internal and external audits on time.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• AR, AP and cash management

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting software.
• Working knowledge of Netsuite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Education and Experience:

• CPA or Master degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Ten years or more of related experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
