Position Summary
The Controller reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This position shares accountability with the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing all functional areas of the Accounting Department and ensuring that all tasks within are completed accurately and on time.
Functional areas of the Accounting Department include, but are not limited to; reporting, planning and analysis, support services, Accounts Payable Department, and subsidiary and affiliate records. The Controller will aid in monitoring and updating Department specific policies, procedures, contracts and agreements, accounting and regulatory pronouncements, and governance documents.
This position will lead or assist the Chief Financial Officer in leading projects, compiling ad hoc analysis, and assist with Treasury Department tasks as needed.
