As a scrum master ; basically, Scenario based questions where the candidate is expected to answer with Real – Time examples on how he/she has handled that situation.
- Experience with Jira, confluence
- Experience with Safe environment
- Onshore – Offshore Coordination ; Managing team members in different time zone
- Different types of Scrum Metrics ; performance Metrics , Handling backlogs etc.
- Working with product owners ; challenges faced and resolution
- Creating a team from Scratch
