LaBelle Winery is seeking a Content Creator to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how to create digital content within the parameters of social media platforms including, but not limited to; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook Live, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, IGTV, IG Reels, and YouTube to increase brand and company awareness through various social media & marketing channels.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated and passionate content creator who has a high attention to detail and organizational skills as well as excellent project management and writing skills. Working with our marketing team, you will collaborate to capture and share the story of LaBelle, its people, culture, community, mission, and values. The successful candidate will implement a social media strategy that broadens strategic communication and brand awareness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a social media and email marketing calendar with a defined strategy for the growth and development of LaBelle’s offerings
  • Place effective social media ads, analyze key metrics, and report findings to the Director of Marketing every week.
  • Deliver monthly targets for lead generation.
  • Build and develop content for campaign landing pages that convert traffic to leads by capturing email addresses and additional sign-up information.
  • Analyze campaign performance data.
  • Independently manage ad campaign spending within an allotted budget.
  • Engage directly with our social media followers to develop an authentic sense of online community.
  • Communicate with followers, responding to queries promptly, and monitoring customer reviews.
  • Act quickly and gracefully in responding to social media interaction, including complaints or criticisms.
  • Manage online feedback thru various forums. Respond to online reviews, and negative news and other forms of online and social media communications daily.
  • Establish relationships with the online community by identifying and engaging key influencers and communities that fit our online strategy.
  • Confidently interact with employees at all levels to gather information and insight needed to produce timely and compelling content.
  • Must possess strong relationship-building skills as this candidate will interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Organize and maintain an asset library.
  • Provide regular analytics reporting of social channel growth, engagement, and effectiveness of our social campaigns and email marketing.
  • Uncover trends, sounds, and viral concepts by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers through TikTok and other social platforms.

Requirements:

2+ years relevant work experience in developing social media and email marketing strategies and managing social media and email marketing platforms, including paid social.

Sound knowledge of communications disciplines, planning, and strategy.

Familiarity with how to use image and video editing tools.

Expert writing and proofing skills.

Additional requirements:

Experience with Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
