Provide customer service to consumers via multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
- Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
- Problem solve in a professional and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…)
- Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
- Respond to incoming emails
- Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
- Return calls from voicemail
- Meet department and personal KPIs
