QC Kinetix specializes in the use of regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, joint pain, sports-related Injuries, and chronic pain without the need for surgery or opioids. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to act as Consultation Coordinator at our Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area locations. Each location is anticipated to be open 1-2 days per week. This position is a part-time, performance-based role and perfect for a highly qualified sales professional looking for competitive pay. Compensation is $250 - $1000 day plus a quarterly bonus.

The Consultation Coordinator must be a highly motivated, competitive individual that preferably has healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice. We are looking for a skilled "deal closer" who can professionally and empathetically overcome patient objections and challenges and articulate to the patient the benefits of our services. They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in treatment processes. Following up with patients regularly to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this medical center role, as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction. Achieving year-over-year sales growth by increasing gross revenue for the clinics is a must through feedback to marketing spend, community outreach, and referrals from other medical practices!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Upholds the highest morals and ethics while always adhering to the QC Kinetix mission statement.

Understands the basic physiology for each treatment offered and the ability to explain each treatment prescribed by the medical provider in great detail.

Learns and delivers verbiage from provided script for each treatment option prescribed by the medical provider. Attends training in Charlotte, NC, and completes mentoring program before the clinic opening day. All travel expenses are covered.

Follows up with all new prospective patients in a prompt manner by calling all new patients and follow-up patients the day before their appointment for an introduction as to who they will be seeing in an effort to establish rapport and information on patient’s goals for therapy.

Obtains treatment plan from the medical provider to present to the new patient, establishes rapport with a new patient, and presents treatment protocol dictated by the medical provider.

Explains to the patient any imaging relevant to the patient’s pathology after the medical provider establishes the diagnosis and explains the pathology to the consultation coordinator.

Answers any questions or objections the new patient may have regarding finances, timing, or treatment.

Review approved payment options with the new patients and write up a payment plan for a new patient to sign, expressing understanding of cost and payment terms for the treatment plan.

Walks patient to the front desk to process payment and sign consent forms for treatments to be rendered.

Maintains a 50% close rate of the method of care that is ordered by the medical team for the patient.

Works with marketing representatives to maximize ad spending and work with partners.

Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth with other medical practices or businesses in the area (e.g., chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, or gyms) to develop organic leads for location.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Minimum of 2 years experience in a related healthcare industry-based environment and/or elective medical procedures

5 years as a proven Sales Leader. (Preferred but not necessary)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various constituencies in a diverse community.

Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.

Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Experience with cash payment options and non-insurance elective procedures.

Experience using 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit

Job Type: Part-time
