As an Innovation Services Consultant at Numerator, you’ll be a vital member of a core team focusing on pioneering and supporting a new and strategic product initiative utilizing Numerator’s rich consumer panel. Your responsibility is to support the development of analytical insights and use cases to drive our clients’ businesses, as well as help build a scalable services model as the initiative grows. Potential clients include customers that span CPG, Retail, Electronics, Durable Goods, and Quick-Serve Restaurants, both within and incremental to Numerator’s existing base of clients in the Fortune 100 and beyond.

• Help refine product methodology, develop initial client use cases, and generate scalable client deliverables and internal processes in preparation for growth of the business
• Field and document feedback from clients to identify opportunities and gaps for the product and servicing structure
• Work with data science and engineering teams to deliver custom requests outside of the standard tool, both proactively and at the behest of clients
• Leverage Numerator’s proprietary consumer data to execute and deliver analytic insights and recommendations to Numerator's customers that drive increased sales and improved marketing effectiveness
• Develop a deep understanding of Numerator data, solutions and services including their key differentiators versus legacy approaches and competing offerings

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) with 3+ years relevant experience
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort constructively challenging positions and viewpoints, both internally and externally
• Experience using consumer panel, survey, or market measurement data to help drive business decisions at a manufacturer, retailer, or service provider/agency
• Proven analytic skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights from data, and designing an execution plan to derive results from insights
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and comfort with shifting environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or data analysis tools/languages
• Skilled at developing relationships with clients to become a trusted partner
• Ability to convey complex information through data visualization
