My name is John Swanson, owner and operator of Pacific Regency Design and Construction, serving southern Lincoln County since 1994. At PRDC we specialize in artistic computer design and exquisite craftsmanship, placing quality and customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. We build everything from remodels, additions, to new homes.

We are only hiring one person. While all skill levels are welcome to apply, we will take priority with those who have at least a few years of solid construction experience. A proven track record & an ability to demonstrate a basic to moderate understanding of the essentials of framing, siding, interior finish work is preferred. While these skills are preferred, we may be willing to train the right candidate as an entry level apprentice. You must be prompt, courteous, and clean in presentation.

A valid Oregon driver's license is required (no suspensions). Full background check and drug test will be held before hire.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
