Job Responsibilities: 

Create a professional online training environment.

 Become a Subject Matter Expert on our Construction Approach.

 Train new and existing Project Managers & Construction Managers.

 Follow lesson plans, agendas, and lead online coaching sessions.

 Administer and keep accurate trainee records.

 Assist team in creating physical & digital educational materials as needed.

 Use and assist others with online conference and help with troubleshooting.

 Train sub-contractors & crews on location using SP installation standards.

 Build product knowledge and acquire additional skills 

Work effectively both independently and cohesively as a team

Experience & Skills: 

Must have previous landscape and/or masonry construction experience

 Manage and adapt to different personalities and learning styles

 Multi-task and to be flexible/adjustable with a Positive Mental Attitude

 Uphold Team values: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration & Creativity

 Travel occasionally (0 - 25%)
