Kilgore, a Summit Material company, is looking for Trackhoe Operators in our construction division. In this position you will primarily be responsible for operating a trackhoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes, backfill, and load materials in a variety of heavy construction operations.

Compensation: $20/hour - $25/hour depending on experience

Position Responsibilities & Performance Objectives
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Essential Functions

• Operate a trackhoe to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes, and grade in heavy construction operations.
• Maintain tools and equipment so that they are kept in good working order and are safe for use.
• Perform daily routine maintenance on the machine including lubrication and monitor needed repairs/service requirements.
• Operate other construction equipment as required.
• Perform a variety of general labor tasks as required for the job.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment you operate.
• Other duties as required.

• Previous experience operating a trackhoe.
