SENIOR ESTIMATOR
NNI Construction has an opening for a Senior Estimator in their Cleveland, Ohio Office. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 7 (7) years of experience estimating for a General Contractor in the commercial/retail sector of the business.
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for a department consisting of 4 estimators and 7 support personnel. The Senior Estimator will coordinate the development of all estimates, review all bids, develop budgets as well as reviewing and coordinating all bid documents and drawings.
NNI Construction is a commercial/retail GC. We are not in the competitive bid market but rather we have repeat customers that we develop pricing for on projects we will be constructing. The majority of our customers are franchise owners and have a strict multi-year construction and remodeling regiment. Not only does this enable us to forecast multiple years of business, but also allows us to select the low, responsible subcontractors.
