To thrive in this role. You must have commercial construction experience, familiar with structural and cosmetic concrete repairs and restoration. The description below is representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables.
• Predict the resources needed to complete the project. Understand goals and deadlines.
• Draft and submit a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Have a comprehensive understanding of all costs involved.
• Develop project leads.
• Manage construction schedule, manpower, and activities.
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding cost and timelines.
• Propose value-added budget ideas.
• Follow up on proposals.
• Negotiate with owners and sub-contractors.
• Solicit and evaluate sub-contractor quotes.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum education level of a bachelor s degree in Construction Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or related field and in/with structural and cosmetic concrete repairs and restoration.
• Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• A high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
• Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor
• Experience in sales/marketing a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills

Travel: Travel to and from job sites is required. RAM will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.

Work Environment: As a Project Manager for RAM, the employee will be subject to both an office and job site/field setting. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
