We are seeking an experienced and energetic Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a great communicator with excellent organizational skills, and is capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. The Construction Project Manager should have experience managing projects that are in different phases of development, as well as experience managing the efforts of large teams of workers. Responsibilities:

• Monitor the project schedule and budget.
• Check that project quality complies with company standards.
• Ensure maintenance of proper safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Be a good team player.
• Provide direction and guidance to other staff members.
• Organize the daily schedule of work.
• See that materials and equipment are on site and ready for use by time the laborers arrive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
