Immediately Hiring Construction Plumber - up to $3500 Sign On Bonus.*

Our projects range in size from $100 to $1 million and encompass all plumbing aspects from a simple service call to tenant improvements, ground up commercial projects, schools, hospitals, prisons, assisted living projects, custom homes and design-assist projects. No job is too big or too small!

We are looking for Service Plumbers, Construction Plumbers, Pipe fitters, Fire Sprinklers Installers, Foreman’s, Apprentice/Laborer. Substantial room for growth!

Great Pay! Based on Experience

Starting at $65,000 to $110,000

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

5+ Years as a Plumber with both Commercial, Residential and Construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities:

Work on medical, resorts, school, retirement communities, apartments and high-rise plumbing projects and tenant-improvement-related commercial projects as well as residential services.

Read/interpret submittals and shop drawings.

Perform layout and installation of plumbing systems and materials. Install, update, troubleshoot, and/or repair plumbing systems.

Perform other trade-specific assignments and tasks within industry standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Below are the skills that we are requiring to be considered for this position:

Must be able to read blueprints

Must be able to do both residential and commercial plumbing take-offs

Must possess the ability to self manage.

Experienced with Installation of CPVC and PVC piping

Experience in the installing underground plumbing piping systems

Experience installing propane and natural gas piping systems

Must be able to solder copper pipe

Experience in installation of water heaters

Trim and setting of plumbing fixtures

Must be able to pass a background and drug test
