Forbes Construction and Development is a quality residential builder specializing in whole-house remodels, additions and custom new construction. We are growing quickly and need to build a strong, long-term leadership team to help manage projects, care for clients and train and mentor our great young talent.

We are in immediate need of Construction Foremen to oversee the structural and rough phases of construction. This is a “bags on” role with a heavy focus on framing carpentry and oversight/management responsibilities from foundation to sheetrock.

Our ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years single-family residential framing experience.
• Minimum 3 years construction foreman/leadership experience.
• General familiarity with all phases of single-family residential construction from foundation to finish.
• Physically fit, able to lift 80 pounds, able to frame full days.
• Positive attitude
• Friendly demeanor

Compensation includes the following:

• Starting pay of $32 per hour.
• Vehicle and gas allowance.
• Paid holiday time off.
• Paid sick time off.
• Paid overtime.
• Weekly, direct-deposit payroll.
