Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Configuration Control Rep to join an organization responsible for industry-leading GPS products. Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely.
In this job, you will:

• Work closely with members of the Configuration Management and Data Management team
• Compile release packages for customer submittals and ensure all documentation is present
• Collect and Report Metrics from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Contractual Data Requirements List (CDRL) database
• Review contract summary modifications and notify CM and DM leads of any contractual requirement updates
• Work within the PLM Tool to maintain approval route templates, add documents, and start change orders
• Assist Configuration and Data Management teams with pushing change orders through to completion within the PLM system
• Communicate with other team members, reviewers and approvers on change orders to obtain information needed to facilitate change order process
• Support Nameplate and Serialization activities
• Use recommended automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• A High School Diploma + 2 years of administrative experience, or equivalent experience is required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance
• Strong communication and organization skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 2+ years related work experience
• Knowledge of Product Life Management systems
• Strong communication skills and experience working with colleagues in various types of roles and departments
