Tiburon Golf Club is currently seeking a Part time & Seasonal Concierge. Required hours must be flexible, totaling approximately 24 hours a week. Must be available if requested to work on weekends and holidays. Season is typically October through March; however, volume will dictate this timeframe.
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Concierge:

  • Greets members and guests as they arrive to the clubhouse and is present at desk at all times to assist and direct members and guests as they arrive.
  • Presents themselves in a professional manner. Communicates professionally in both written communication as well as verbally with members and other associates.
  • Answers and replies to all incoming calls and emails and redirecting calls or emails the email to the appropriate department.
  • Familiarizes themselves with club events and department basics so that they can accurately relay information to members and guests
  • Actively promotes member events.
  • Creates and displays accurate signage in a timely manner throughout the club for member and outside events. Removes signage, and/or delegates the removal in a timely manner.
  • Assists guests with general questions and concerns regarding events and directs all other inquiries to the appropriate department or person.
  • Must use discretion regarding members, club, and associate personal information and display proper judgement when discussing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Maintains adequate supply of brochure rack items in a clean, well-organized manner. Creates Membership packets when needed.
  • Posts and removes member event flyers in member locker room hallway.
  • Maintains a clean work environment and is proactive in keeping the surrounding areas throughout the clubhouse clean and free of clutter.
  • Assists guests and follows up with various services such as: making dining reservations, Member event reservations, hotel reservations, coordinating car and limousine service, providing directions, and other special arrangements.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work weekends and holidays. (Typically Saturday and/or Sunday). Coordinates days off with other concierge and advises manager in advance.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.

Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Concierge:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications:
  • Regular and reliable attendance. Arrives to shift on time.
