Your day to day
Qualifications include High School diploma or equivalent plus one year experience as a concierge or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some College and knowledge of local area/attractions are preferred. You m ay be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. What we need from you
Two previous years as Front Desk Agent or Concierge/Guest Relations Specialist handling guests/clients of similar size upscale hotel or office tower. Requiring specific knowledge of community, city and locations of interest to share with discerning clientele.
