Job Duties

Job duties primarily consist of testing computer hardware. We get E-Waste from various contracts and need the drives to all get wiped, we need the valuable components pulled for resale, and complete systems worth reselling need to be cleaned up and set to factory defaults. You will test laptop, desktop, and server components, complete systems and more. We need someone who is self-motivating and can keep things moving. Your manager will check in with you and is available anytime you need help with anything, but we are not micro-managers and we trust you to get the job done.

You will need to be able to setup systems on your own to test the hardware. The first couple of weeks will consist of dedicated training but some experience testing computer hardware or building PCs and servers is highly beneficial. If you've built a couple of computers in the past then you've got all the experience you need for this job.

• Organizational skills and Attention to detail
• Self-Motivator
• Experience with computer hardware is a huge plus but not required. If you do have experience, please explain in your resume or cover letter for us!
• Ability to follow and/or implement efficient testing procedures
• Hungry, Humble, Trustworthy, and always looking to learn more

The job is Full-Time, M-F, 8am-5pm

Starting wage is $17/hr but this is not the cap for the position. Raises come to anyone who excels at their job.

Benefits/Compensation:

• $17.00 per hour starting wage
• 3 days Paid Time Off, 2 weeks unpaid vacation

• Paid on the job training will be provided

• This job is 40 hours per week. There are opportunities to get 3-5hrs overtime every week if you prefer, but not required.
