Job description

1. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with current law to manage risk and loss.

2. Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.

3. Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.

4. Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.

5. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.

6. Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required.

7. Direct the development, implementation, and dissemination of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the bank.

8. Recommend and implements necessary compliance training and, if appropriate, partners with third parties to effectuate necessary training.

9. Provide assistance to internal and external auditors in compliance reviews.

10. Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.

11. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
