What You Will Do as a Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for administering and supporting various compensation programs including but not limited to: salary structures, short and long-term incentive programs, annual compensation benchmarking, job description maintenance, job evaluations, etc. This role is responsible for working in conjunction with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues. This teammate will work on various compensation related projects and will be a key member of the total rewards team.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Participate in market-based compensation surveys analyzing results and market trends.

• Complete annual market pricing for all roles within the organization, update position ranges in Workday

• Responsible for the administration of annual merit, adjustment, and promotion process, through HRIS and excel

• Responsible for the administration of the annual incentive process for all associates

• Conduct job evaluations and provide consultation to HR Business and Talent Acquisition Partners

• Complete compensation reporting and analyses for various functions and purposes

• Evaluate positions to determine FLSA exemption status

• Develop communications and training for new and existing pay programs

• Update currency conversion rates monthly in Workday system

• Own and maintain the Payfactors system including loading of jobs, ensuring market matches for annual market pricing, and creation and maintenance of the job description database

Skills for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.

• 3+ years related work experience in Human Resources and/or Finance

• Compensation experience strongly preferred, but not required

• High attention to detail – will need to reconcile multiple data sets in different currencies

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes from start to finish, creating a plan for what will be done, how it will be done, and when it will be done and managing activity to timeline

• Strong analytical skills; able to analyze complex problems and devise viable solutions.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel

• Workday experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
