The Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Provide systems analysis, technical support, and related support services to Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) in San Diego in the operation, maintenance and development of the Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS) system.

Requirements

• Active SECRET Security Clearance verifiable in DISS
• Bachelor's Degree
• 20 Years Surface Navy Experience
• Shipboard operating experience managing ship's routine including training, operations, and maintenance at a senior level
• 5 years experience with Surface Force training process
• 5 years experienced with Surface Warfare training metrics
• Experience as a Department Head on a ship or squadron
• 5 years experience with ship mission area certification processes
• Experience creating, defining, designing, and developing statistical analysis tools relevant to Navy's training process
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
• 5 years experience in project management
• Experience designing, creating, and executing test plans to verify and validate the correct functionality, usability, performance, and reliability of software applications
• 5 years experience effectively using data in analysis and creation of reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office product suites
• Knowledge of Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM)
