A direct support professional (DSP) cares for people with disabilities. Direct support professionals encourage them to lead independent lives and to be integrated into their communities.

We are looking for a capable direct support professional to care for our residents and to encourage them to live independent, productive lives.

Think of yourself as a Daily companion that pairs up with the clients to assist them in their daily activities!

This would include Medication passing, watching t.v, playing card games, cooking with client each meal, washing the dishes, general household cleaning, shopping, walking to the park, talking to them, charting your thoughts after each shift, and a variety of other living needs!

This is a 4 client home with deaf clients and you must be willing to learn a few basic signs in order to communicate with them.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
