Description: We believe in Restoring Hope in the lives of individual's who have developmental disabilities of all ages. We are seeking to add a Community RN to our growing host home program in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The host home model is provided by the Department of Mental Health and allows individual's who have developmental disabilities to be supported in the community with families in a home environment.

The Community RN would be a member of the support team overseeing all medical aspects of the individual, providing guidance to the host families and support team members, completing needed assessments and documentation, and making face-to-face contact once per month.

This is a contracted position working part-time hours. Compensation for drive time is provided.
