Position Summary
Centerline Communications LLC is looking for a talented Communications Specialist/Content Creator to join its Marketing and Communications team. This role will assist with the planning and execution of both internal and external communications. Including content creation, project management, and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement internal and external global corporate communications strategies and campaigns to promote the visibility of the brand.
- Become a brand ambassador for the Business Communications team and ensure brand compliance through all written communications.
- Write clear, concise content for all channels internally and externally
- Manage Communications Calendar for internal and external communications across various channels.
- Assist with content development and writing for ongoing communications, including company emails, intranet, monthly town halls, marketing communications, case studies, press needs, etc.
- Aligning communications and promotional activities with business goals
- Communicating processes, strategies and outcomes with executives and stakeholders
- Improve internal communication and span silos by creating and distributing company-wide updates consistently and as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new ideas, directions, and channels for internal and external communications and engagement efforts.
- Manage organizations' social media accounts and maintaining a positive public image within these networks
- Build brand awareness and generate brand loyalty by developing and interacting with a community of external stakeholders through various websites.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism with a minimum of 3 years of communications experience.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a remote, full-time exempt / full-time non-exempt position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.
