We are hiring a Communications Engagement Specialist to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of engagement initiatives to promote Upstate Caring Partners and The Caring Partners Foundation.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist in creating promotional content for Agency social media platforms.
- Assist with creations of written or digital media such as news releases, website content, social media posts and outreach.
- Serve as a liaison and contact to local media outlets.
- Oversees the planning of internal and external events (communicate with venues, vendors, create appropriate materials, attend event and perform assigned duties).
- Attend employee engagement events as required to oversee registration, and other event details as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong written communications skills.
- Strong Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel,).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Social Media Skills (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Travel is required. Must have a valid New York State Driver’s License
