The Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing Preston Trail’s communication strategy to help fulfill our mission of helping people find and follow Jesus Christ. This person will represent the brand and voice of Preston Trail in all communications.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing Event Communication Plans by scheduling Basecamp requests and ensuring their timely completion
- Work with the Communications Director to draft and schedule church-wide emails; Manage email lists
- Proof print and digital content for adherence to brand standards
- Ensure the Production team is equipped with all Communication & Creative needs for weekend services
- Update Preston Trail app with weekend content
- Maintain schedule for featured initiatives on the Preston Trail app and events webpage
- Provide timely responses to messages received via our Text In Church platform
- Triage and respond to general communication inquiries to shared mailboxes (web@prestontrail.org, info@prestontrail.org, and seniorpastor@prestontrail.org)
- Representing the voice and values of Preston Trail in all communication channels
