Stahl & Associates Insurance has an immediate need in our Longwood, FL office for a Commercial Processor. We are looking for an energetic, eager, self-motivated professional to join our growing team and support a busy Commercial P&C department. This is a great position to grow your insurance career!This position will assist Commercial Account Managers in the servicing of existing clients and new business prospects by performing the following duties: processing certificates of insurance and ordering Motor Vehicle Records for commercial accounts; reviewing commercial policies and endorsements; updating applications in the Agency Management System; reviewing carrier websites to obtain applicable information pertaining to commercial accounts; processing incoming mail, such as policies and endorsements; handling telephone and email requests, providing quality customer service to build and maintain client relationships. This individual will also provide back-up coverage for the receptionist, as needed.
- Experience with certificates of insurance preferred, but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer services skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately, with strong attention to detail
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Above average computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
- Agency Management System experience required, Applied EPIC experience greatly valued
- General knowledge of insurance terminology
- Must have a current 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license, or be willing to obtain quickly
