We provide construction and maintenance service to primarily supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial/industrial businesses. Our employees are servicing the Mid-Atlantic region out of 7 branch offices-Mechanicsburg PA, Allentown PA, Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA, Laurel DE, Baltimore MD and Raleigh NC.

We are looking for Refrigeration Installation Foreman in the Richmond VA and surrounding areas . This position requires the flexibility to work nights/days and some out of town work. Working Foreman Job Duties:

• Manage a crew (2-6 people)
• Keep the job site organized
• Ability to look ahead and recognize deficiencies, equipment and material shortages
• Ability to read blue prints and customer scope of work
• Running line sets installing refrigerated cases, condensers and rack systems
• Ability to travel
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• 3+ years of experience managing a crew
• Must be able to identify breakers to isolate power to equipment
• Must be familiar with voltage meter and able to determine power has been isolated from equipment
• Must be familiar with single circuit and loop system refrigeration piping
• Must be able to identify refrigerated circuits for equipment
• Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints
