The current position we are looking to fill will take care of our commercial accounts in the Sparta/ Onalaska/ La Crosse areas.

• Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds.

Schedule:

• Must be available Monday-Friday 1200-900P.

Pay:

• All Commercial Cleaning Technicians start at $16.00 per hour.
• We do not have a set pay raise schedule. Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Most cleaners are increased to $17.00+ within 6-12 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns.
• Top pay is $21.00.

Service Area & Travel:

• Travel is expected. We have an office in Black River Falls & Sparta & we service homes within 30 miles of each office. We will travel further if a client is willing to pay a higher travel fee.
• You are required to travel up to 60 minutes, one-way, per day. We try to schedule as logically as we can, so typically, travel is less than this, but you must be able to travel, if needed.
• You are paid at minimum wage, $7.25, while driving.
• If you drive less than 15 miles in a day, you will receive a gas stipend of $8.00. If you drive more than 15 miles in a day, you will receive a gas stipend of $15.00.
