We offer $15 to $20 an hour starting pay with the opportunity to make a $25 base pay plus commission. Weekly pay and bonuses.

DEBT RECOVERY SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contact consumers by phone on delinquent accounts to secure payment by performing the following duties:

• Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debt from customers for national financial institutions.
• Establish the best possible payment arrangement based on the consumer's financial capacity.
• Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management.
• Comply with all State and Federal collection laws
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
• Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
