Job DescriptionThe Collections Specialist will be responsible for collections of hardware, software, and services invoices. Additional duties to include:
- Contacts customers frequently to effect collection.
- Documents all collection efforts in SAP.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to concisely identify pending actions, problem solve, and track progress.
- Resolves unapplied payments, short payments, and credit memos.
- This position will be required to work A 50/50 Hybrid Schedule
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:- Very strong written and verbal communications skills, analytical thinking, process orientation, Excel Vlookup and Pivot table proficiency strongly preferred.
- Other Desired Skills and Knowledge: Three to five years’ collection experience
- Experience Level with Business Tools: Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
- Typical Education and Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent; 3 - 5 years of related experience
