Collections Representative - Work From Home
Job description
The Thomas Agency has an immediate opening for a Entry-Level Collections Representative. This is a full time (40 hours), Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. *Overtime available seasonally and to individuals who have completed initial training. Remote work after initial in office training.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Contacting consumers for payment on delinquent bills
- Receiving incoming calls from consumers who want to pay their bills, make payment plans, or dispute their bills
- Reading and applying information in notes from previous conversations with representatives
- Treating all consumers with dignity
The ideal candidates must be trustworthy, reliable, & willing to learn. Ideally the candidates will be able to type and talk. We will train the right candidate for this compelling industry.
