Southeast Toyota Finance is hiring for a Collections Representative, Spanish speaking preferred.

How You'd Spend Your Day:
- Contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their auto loans to obtain payments, commitments/agreements or establishes a repayment plan.
- Achieving a heavy call volume via an auto dialer for inbound and outbound calls, while wearing a headset.
- Following set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solutions and adheres to established UDAAP and FDCPA guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate documentation on delinquent accounts.
- Updating account information, sends follow-up letters and set up payments on accounts.
- Operating with minimal supervision to bring customer accounts current and accurately documents conversations electronically in a timely manner.

About You:
- Candidate must be competent at PC and keyboard skills.
- Assertive, clear, and concise written/oral communication skills required.
- Ability to accurately document and report customer account activity within electronic system(s).
- Maintain excellent customer service while making every effort to collect past due payments to reduce delinquency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
