Job Description:
Southeast Toyota Finance is hiring for a Collections Representative, Spanish speaking preferred.

We are accepting proactive applications for future Collections Representative openings who will assist our business with the recovery of outstanding payments and mitigate financial losses by developing and enacting manageable debt recovery plans. How You'd Spend Your Day:
  • Contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their auto loans to obtain payments, commitments/agreements or establishes a repayment plan.
  • Achieving a heavy call volume via an auto dialer for inbound and outbound calls, while wearing a headset.
  • Following set policies and procedures when determining suitable collection solutions and adheres to established UDAAP and FDCPA guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation on delinquent accounts.
  • Updating account information, sends follow-up letters and set up payments on accounts.
  • Operating with minimal supervision to bring customer accounts current and accurately documents conversations electronically in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
About You:
  • Candidate must be competent at PC and keyboard skills.
  • Assertive, clear, and concise written/oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to accurately document and report customer account activity within electronic system(s).
  • Maintain excellent customer service while making every effort to collect past due payments to reduce delinquency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
