Atomic Coffee Roasters is a family-run business delivering award-winning specialty coffees from their home on Boston's North Shore since 1996. We operate a specialty coffee roasting facility in Peabody and cold brew production facility in Danvers that fuels a growing direct-to-consumer and wholesale distribution business. For over two decades, Atomic has used coffee as a catalyst for inspiring community, relationships, and adventures.

Atomic is looking for a dedicated Coffee Production Assistant at our roasting facility in Peabody. This is an hourly position, 35-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The Production Assistant works with our roastery team to facilitate daily weighing, packaging, and coordination of our assortment of coffees. We're looking for someone that enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and loves coffee!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Packaging, shipping, product fulfillment, and allocation
• Operating weigh and fill machines
• Operating band sealers, and foot sealers
• Packaging labeling and date stamping
• Blending to recipe
• Unloading deliveries and inventory
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks

Who you are:

• Must be very detail-oriented and a team player
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to take direction, and switch back and forth between multiple tasks
