Welcome to Coast to Coast! We are currently seeking potential Delivery Drivers to join our team!

We are looking for an employee who will well represent Coast to Coast with excellent customer service and product knowledge.

JOB TITLES AVAILABLE:

-Delivery Driver/Router

STATUS:
Non-Exempt (Part-time )

COMPENSATION:
Starting $16.50/hour +Tip; 90 Probation Period

The ideal candidate should be energetic, detail-oriented, confident, professional, and sharp. Punctuality is also very important.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the delivery and routing :

• Responsible retrieval of payments and transactions.
• Responsible for all products to and from locations.
• The driver is a representation for Coast to Coast Canoga Park in the field and must conduct themselves in a manner that represents a positive image.
• Responsible for the care and safety of the company vehicles.
• Ensure strict controls to protect Dispensary assets at the direction of management.
• Ensure patient concerns are solved efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
• Recommend, select, and help locate the proper products for patients depending on their individual needs.
• Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Communicate customer requests and/or problems to the Manager.
• Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and handling cash and credit cards.
• Input patient information correctly to our system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
• Maintains the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
• Perform other related work as required.
• Have personal knowledge of the medicinal effects of cannabis.
• Ability to communicate with other associates and customers in all situations.
• Ability to adhere to the highest customer service with staff and the public at all times.
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Knowledgeable on strains, genetics, growing, and effects of cannabis and medication.
• Ability to use math skills for the Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register.
• Needs to have a high level of organization, patience, and flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be 21+ and possess a current valid CA Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation to get to the facility.

· Available to work full time and part-time with flexible hours.

· Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· You can work autonomously and are self-motivated.

· Must pass a background check and has a clean driving record.

· Punctuality is very important!
