Auburn Oaks Care Center is Placer County's premiere skilled nursing facility located in North Auburn. We are a beautiful, fully remodeled 99 bed facility caring for both long-term and short-term patients.

We are currently looking for a full time Transportation Coordinator. This person will do the following duties:

-Schedule resident appointments

-Drive facility van to appointments

-Assist residents as needed at the appointments

-Coordinate future visits with the Doctors offices on behalf of the residents

-Coordinate with family members and transportation companies as needed

-Document in residents charts

-Assist Social Services Department in any other capacity as needed

Must be at least 18 years of age and prefer someone with a C.N.A. License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
