Ancillary Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant = (CNA) Class
Are you interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)?
This amazing opportunity allows you to get paid while you complete the course and prepares you to get your State Certification as a Nurse's Assistant! You will be working on the floor as a Nurse Aide while you are taking the CNA class.
Job Summary:
The Ancillary Aide/Upcoming CNA Class will go thru approximately 3 weeks of online class and hands on training while preparing for your future CNA State Boards. We pay for your class, textbooks, your boards and pay for your training time. The class is scheduled to start SOON with ongoing future scheduled classes. Until Certified, as an Ancillary Aide you will provide support for the nursing personnel. Specific duties include but are not limited to - cleaning and organizing rooms, assisting with transport, delivery of meal trays, refilling water pitchers, and taking care of residents’ personal items. The Ancillary Aide may also perform other non-nursing duties as assigned to them by their supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication
- Ability to read and understand oral and/or written instructions
- Ability to work independently
** New team member applicants will be given seven (7) business days from the date of the employment health screening to provide adequate documentation of exemption or vaccination. If documentation is not received, the facility Human Resources will advise the applicant they are not cleared for hire and may result in rescinding offer of employment.
