Prairie Crossing Living & Rehabilitation Center is seeking caring and compassionate C.N.A. to join our team. We are a 91-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Shabbona Illinois only 16 miles SW of DeKalb and 20 miles SE of Rochelle.

As a C.N.A. you will work under the direction of a licensed personnel to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with applicable regulations as well as the resident's care plan, assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and other individual needs and understand and practice all aspects of residents' rights including the maintenance of comfort, privacy, communication, and dignity in the delivery of services to them.

SIGN ON BONUS for Full-time is $5000 paid out in installments at 60, 120 and 270 days.

Part-time is $ 2500 paid out in installments at 60, 120 and 270 days.

LIMITED number of WEEKEND WARRIOR program positions available. Higher wage.

Flexible 8 & 12 Hour Shifts
Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts!
