You will positively impact the lives of residents by building relationships with them. Your responsibilities will span beyond just completing daily assigned tasks. You will provide care and services to residents and patients according to their comprehensive assessments and care plans that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs, while enabling the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning. About You

· Possess a Certificate in good standing from PA Nurse Aide Registry

· Over the age of 18
