EEO Employer Rose Senior Living at Providence Park is seeking Resident Assistants (caregivers) to join our team! The Resident Assistants are responsible for providing personal care and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The Resident Assistants follow the service schedule for each resident and correctly documents services provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Assist residents at mealtime. Encourage a calm atmosphere. Partner effectively with others in a demanding and changing environment. Report to nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services all unusual behaviors of resident (change in status). Complete residents’ personal laundry as assigned. Provide activities as planned and/or directed. Respond appropriately to all safety hazards, call lights, requests, and reassignment of duties. Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One yar experience working as a CNA/HHA preferred. One year experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the community.
